Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using https://www.harleyeliteacademy.com/ (“the Site”) operated by Harley Elite London Aesthetics Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the site at https://www.harleyeliteacademy.com
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Harley Elite London Aesthetics Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Refund & Reschedule Policy
Customers have the option to request a full refund within 14 days from the date of payment. Once a customer has attended the course at the scheduled date and time, a refund is not possible, as the content is considered delivered and taught.
1.0 Cancelation and Refunds policy.
After the initial 14 days from your payment, a refund is not available. Alternatively, you are entitled to simply request a reschedule of the training course date or time.
We require at least 1 month written notice to make any changes to your course booking or training dates.
If we have to cancel any course due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, we will offer the opportunity to reschedule your training course booking to a later date. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any training date or location. Should this be necessary our staff will contact delegates immediately and arrange an alternative date.
We reserve the right to cancel course bookings or withdraw delegates from the course that we feel to be disruptive, defamatory or impeding of our courses.

Please be aware that attendees can reschedule their existing date a maximum of one time.
The training course may be rescheduled if the trainer is unable to conduct the lesson on the booked date. Customers will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled
